Find peace, strength, and purpose in your ministry again
Jim Otremba has been married to his best friend Maureen since 1995, and has been a part-time stay-at-home dad since 1999. They have seven children in Heaven and three on earth. He is a frequent presenter of retreats and workshops around the U.S. He holds a Master of Divinity, a Master of Science in Applied Psychology, and is finishing his Doctorate in Psychology. He is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota, and owns a mental health clinic in St. Cloud, MN: www.thecenterforfamilycounseling.com
For almost two decades, he has been a privileged guest in many Church Workers in the MN North District (and other Districts in the U.S.), and specializes in helping ministers to heal, find balance, and the abundant life that Jesus promises in John 10:10.
With his best friend and wife, they bring their personal and professional teachings to thousands of Christians each year throughout the U.S. through workshops, workbooks, and retreats.
Compassion fatigue is a real and often overlooked challenge faced by many Catholic ministers. The constant exposure to suffering, pain, and the weight of others' burdens can take a significant toll on your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
